WELCOME TO OUR MHCSMA LIBRARY
Our library is not new to MHCSMA. It was started in the fall of 1988.
This library is an educational tool for the members of MHCSMA.
Here’s how it works:
The library is housed at Children’s Hospitals & Clinics in
Minneapolis. To request a video or book of your choice, please fill out
the lending
form and either email it to penny.ayim@childrenshc.org
or fax it to 612-813-6559. If you have questions about the form or the
library, you can call Penny Ayim at 612-813-5895.
· All items are due back to the library three weeks from the date
it was shipped to you.
· There is no charge for the use of items from the library. The
only cost to members is the cost for return postage.
· Return postage is the responsibility of the member.
· Members wishing to pick up or drop off their item(s) in person
may make arrangements in advance.
· All items are shipped first class.
· Please use the catalog numbers and titles when filling out the
form. i.e. V-1, B-10 etc.
· You must be an MHCSMA member to check items out of the library.
Also, if you have any suggestions on materials you would like to see in
the library, give me a call. Remember this is your library. It is a tool
to reinforce the “WHAT”, “HOW” and “WHY’S”
of the varied functions in a healthcare Central Service.
